Inspector general of police (IGP) Hasan Mahmud upon Saturday said police are giving highest priority to the Rajshahi University professor Shafiul Islam murder study.
IGP said this though rebuke reporters after the closing ceremony of the training of 34th batch of External Cadet Inspectors at Bangladesh Police Academy in Sarda.
The IGP said police will arrest the admins of the Ansar-Al-Islam Bangladesh-2, the facebook page that claimed answerability for the murder.
He along with said all the hurt proceedings have been taken to retain the comport yourself and order at the Rajshahi University.
