Police held nine abductors and rescued three people in surgically remove places of the district regarding Wednesday and Thursday.
Detective Branch sub-inspector Chandan Kumer Chakravarty said Mobarak Hossain, a resident of Dhanbari uapzila of Tangail and a garment worker, was abducted from muggy his functional place at Konabari in Gazipur on the subject of 28 April. The abductors demanded Tk 2 lakh ransom from the families of Dipu and Arif.
Police arrested four abductors-Ershad, Asadul, Ismail and Azizur -taking into account they went to Paikara village to have the funds for in to the ransom money and rescued the two victims.
