Narayanganj District Lawyers' Association vis--vis Thursday called a start-to-dusk hartal for Sunday protesting at the abduction and murder of seven people.
The lawyers link called the strike at a meeting held in early bar library showground at nearly 12:15pm regarding speaking Thursday.
District lawyers' relationship president Sakhawat Hossain said a rally of lawyers will be held into the future of Press Club at just about 10:00am during the hartal.
On Sunday last, seven people were abducted from Narayanganj. They are Narayanganj City Corporation ward-3 councillor and panel mayor Nazrul Islam, his assistants Maniruzzaman Shapan, Tajul Islam, Liton, Nazrul's driver Jahangir Alam, lawyer Chandan Kumar Sarkar and his private car driver Ibrahim.
Their bodies were recovered from Shitalakhya River more or less the order of Wednesday afternoon and upon Thursday daylight.
